Our History – Over a Century of Service

Our story began on November 20, 1897, when nine prominent businessmen founded Niles' first home financing institution.

First home loan approved December 15, 1897, for $700.00
Converted to stock ownership October 1998
Became a subsidiary of First Niles Financial, Inc. (FNFI) OTC
